There have been several threads signaling the (false) identification of that file as a trojan.
It is crystal clear that it is a perfectly safe and legittimate file. Still, a few users may be worried by those messages and, as I mentioned here, it prevents the use of this amazing software on centrally-controlled PCs.
In addition, my understanding is that the utility of that file is related to 32-bit software, which nowadays is less and less used.
For the above reasons, I would kindly suggest to distribute releases of QL without that file in them, in addition to the 'main/regular' releases. Hope this would not be too much of a pain, of course.
I would be really very glad if you could consider this possibility. And I am pretty sure that many others would appreciate as well.
