Minor UI and performance updates

Major rework of comment rendering as well as fixing the bugs that have cropped up from substack changes

• Comments are created by the extension, reducing substack induced lag on large comment theads.

• Made extension functional on individual comment thread changes

• Reverted seen comment behavior to be based on comments that are actually loaded

Fixed minor bug which caused no comments to appear in Firefox

  • keyboard shortcuts work with Firefox search on type

• Reworked new comments to be based solely on the last page visited time
  • This means that some comments might be considered seen even if you haven't seen them due to being collapsed
  • This was done so that every single comment seen didn't have to be saved, which might use up too much space if Scott continues to be extremely productive
• Added new comment time option
  • Allows setting a time, eg 2 days or 5 hours, and any comments that have been posted within the last time period are considered new, whether you have visited the page since then or not
• Data can be reset directly from the popup without needed to have ACX open
