I'm sure you saw I merged this - having issues installing cocoa pods properly on my personal M1 MacBook Pro, so I haven't been able to release it yet cocoa pods wise. |

With this change it would also make sense to change the README to reflect the minimum currently supported versions across the platforms. I'm aware it hasn't been updated in sometime so and with a change moving the deployment target it would make sense to do so in conjunction. |
