This pull request includes a small but important change to the
tools/releaseBuild/setReleaseTag.ps1file. The change adds a newBaseUrlfield to the JSON output in theNew-BuildInfoJsonfunction.tools/releaseBuild/setReleaseTag.ps1: AddedBaseUrlfield with a URL to the JSON output in theNew-BuildInfoJsonfunction.
