Consider adding Get-ArgumentCompleter and Unregister-ArgumentCompleter for custom completer management #25800

Summary of the new feature / enhancement
Today we only have Register-ArgumentCompleter for registering a custom completer, but there is no way to view the registered completers, and unregister a completer is by calling Register-ArgumentCompleter with the same command and parameter name, but pass null as the value for -ScriptBlock.
Please consider to add Get-ArgumentCompleter and Unregister-ArgumentCompleter for custom completer management.
