What happens?

PAPI tries to parse the relocated CraftBukkit package version, which is unsupported behavior.

Expected Behaviour

PAPI not explicitly parsing the relocation version in https://github.com/PlaceholderAPI/PlaceholderAPI/blob/master/src/main/java/me/clip/placeholderapi/PlaceholderAPIPlugin.java#L58
