Description
The icons in the top bar for the 'Adjustments' and 'Effects' menus are missing. The menus themselves still open as expected, and hovering over the buttons for those menus still shows their tooltips, but the buttons for those menus are lacking their icons.

(The icons for the 'Image' and 'Main Menu' menus are visible as expected, however)

To Reproduce

1. Launch Pinta.
2. The icons aren't visible.

Additional Info

The area containing the missing icons has been circled in red in the above screenshot.

I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall Pinta to see if that would fix the issue, but the problem persists.
