Enhancing seed control in SimpleEffectDialog, showing the seed and allowing for its manual setting #1591

Currently, the only way to change the value of a RandomSeed is with the "Reseed" button. But what if someone found a very attractive random pattern and wanted to make it reproducible? I propose adding a spin button, and showing the seed number, as well as allowing for its manipulation
