[UI] Move entries from hamburger menu to separate menu buttons and remove redundant icons #1428

Description

@pedropaulosuzuki

Hello everyone! How is everyone doing?

My suggestion is for us to remove all (or at least most) of the icons currently on the left of the header bar and replace them with the corresponding entries highlighted below, each with a separate icon.

Image

New, Open and Save would be replaced with a "File" menu button that would spawn all of the options. I'd suggest this menu button having the label + icon when enough width is available, and only the icon then the width is small.

Crop to selection already has another entry on the Image menu, so one of them should probably be removed.

Undo/Redo, Cut/Copy/Paste and Select/Deselect All already have entries in the Edit menu, so they probably should be replaced by an "Edit" (label + icon, collapses to just icon on small width, as with the File option) menu entry.

View (eye icon maybe? - EDIT: done in #1471) and Add-ins (puzzle piece icon) could get their separate menu buttons on the header bar as well. As discussed in #1386, the Layers options should be removed from the hamburger menu and belong on the Layers panel, instead of the header bar. For Window, I don't have strong opinions, but maybe Save All and Close All should be in the "File" menu instead?

Those changes would make the UI much cleaner, easier to use and would solve #1243 as well. Reducing the journey of navigating the hamburger menu and exposing those settings better.

Thanks and best regards.
