Description
When you add a stroke to a text with the "Normal and Outline" option, the outline appears over the text. The default behavior should be for the stroke to appear below the text.

To Reproduce

1. Open Pinta
2. Add text
3. Choose "Normal and Outline" for text style.
4. Increase "Outline width"
