• Resource scaling: Container limits raised from 2 CPU/2GB to 4 vCPU/16GB RAM
• Deploy verification: deploy.sh now reports NanoCpus + Memory after restart
• Regression checks: New Category H tests (H1-H3) verify CPU/Memory/PIDs limits
• Formatting: Minor whitespace fixes in copilot.instructions.md
