Allow users to switch agent reasoning mode (off / low / medium / high) directly from LINE OA via chat commands.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Commands: /thinking off|low|medium|high (or /reasoning)
  • Confirmation message sent back to user
  • Persists for the session
