Format page (page 3) does not return changeable values for SCHD and SCMO #815

This affects release 22.08.01 and older.
The geometry page for SCHD and SCMO does not set the changeable value data for the physical sector size. Therefore an initiator cannot check whether the sector size for a subsequent FORMAT can be changed, even though MODE SELECT to a limited extent supports this functionality.
