SASI also supports 512 bytes per sector, like the Atari Megafile drives (e.g. Megafile 60 with Seagate ST238R and Adaptec SASI-to-MFM/RLL bridge.)
This is why 512 bytes per sectors should also be supported by RaSCSI.
