SEEK(6) and SEEK(10) do not validate block address (required for SCSI) #711

@uweseimet

Description

@uweseimet

For SCSI (but not SASI) SEEK(6) and SEEK(10) must validate the block address just like it is done for READ/WRITE/VERIFY. In addition, the RdInh and WrdInh bits should be checked, because for a CD-ROM device and write-protected devices writing is inhibited.
