What behaviour is expected:

Normal login to my server.

What behaviour is observed:

Connection Lost. Time out

Steps/models to reproduce:

When I try to connect to my server, i can't do it, and i get the message Connection Lost Time out. There are no server errors or crash in the console.

AuthMe, CoreProtect, CourierNew, DiscordSRV, dynmap*, Essentials, EssentialsAntiBuild, EssentialsChat, EssentialsProtect, FastLogin, GriefPrevention, GSit, LuckPerms, ProtocolLib, Quests, QuickShop, SkinsRestorer, TimeVote, Vault, WorldEdit

Paper build number:

This server is running Paper version git-Paper-232 (MC: 1.15.2) (Implementing API version 1.15.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

Anything else:

When i do roll back to 231 or below the problem solves, however if i use versions from 232 until 236 (i tested until this version) the problem persists
