VOXL 2 relies on the parameter primary / remote architecture. The set default behavior was never updated to support that architecture so when it is done on the primary the remote doesn't see it. That will need to be fixed in a future PR. This PR offers a simple workaround to use for now until that is done as discussed in the 08/06/2025 developers call.
