We need to (consider) integrating the following changes:

• Add a value barrier on the cmov control flag pq-crystals/kyber#55 --- This one might be difficult, as it relies on assembler code
• pq-crystals/kyber@dda29cc --- The "div"-constant-time patch. This should warrant an addition to SECURITY.md.
