Attempted by the latest RC binaries; I can't seem to spend my delegations via CLI.

Given sendmany is the only command I could find that had an include_delegated parameter:

error message:
JSON value is not a boolean as expected

The fifth param include_delegated is not accepting true nor 1 as a boolean... unless there's something painfully obvious I'm missing, I can't see why this is not working.
