Oxocarbon port for Termux

This is a port of the Oxocarbon colorscheme made by Nyoom Engineering to Termux, the ports were made by psynyde and xStormy.

Copy the file of the theme you want into ~/.termux and rename the file to colors.properties.

Thanks to Shaunsingh for the original theme implementation in Neovim as well as base16.
