Problem this feature should fix
Currently, creating an Actor through the Hierarchy Panel requires right-clicking on the Root TreeNode or an existing Actor. This limitation affects usability, as users should be able to create an Actor more intuitively.

Expected solution
Allow users to create an Actor by right-clicking anywhere within the Hierarchy Panel preferably below the search and root section to maintain a clean and structured UI.

This would improve workflow efficiency while preventing unintended right-click actions in critical areas.
