You will save yourself a lot of time and energy by joining the ACT Discord server and asking for help in the #troubleshooting channel or searching for your issue there. If that option is for some reason unavailable, then please ask questions in the specific plugin's GitHub repository instead (if available).
This is by no means to dissuade you from posting here if you think your question is valid in that it is an issue or feature request that relates to OverlayPlugin itself or if you are simply unsure; however, for standard debugging why things aren't working, this will be the absolute slowest route to solving your issues as this repository is mostly a forum for plugin authors to discuss all things OverlayPlugin.
Side note about game updates: If the game has just been updated within the last 48 hours, you will likely need to wait for the FFXIV ACT Plugin itself to update before any other plugins are updated. Again, the best place for this information would be the ACT Discord server. With recent changes to how Square Enix does things during maintenance, even a short maintenance might cause things to break.
