How to reproduce
Slice a regular cube and set the sparse infill to any of rectilinear, zig zag, cross zag, locked zag, line type (the ones that have rotation template). You'll see that the internal infill bridge direction will be 90° rotated to the sparse infill rotation angle regardless of the rotation template.

Actual results
This leads to cases when three consecutive layers (last sparse infill, internal bridge, first top layer) will have the same orientation leading to heavy sagging and compromised top surface.
Last sparse infill layer:

Internal bridge:

First top layer:

This bug was introduced with the rotation template (PR #9924).
Expected results
The expected result is that internal solid bridge direction should take into account the actual sparse infill direction beneath it.
