- Temporarily use specific owt-server version as latest master has build issue
- Ubuntu18.04 works, Ubuntu 20.04/CentOS 7 WIP
- Fix conflict /usr/lib/pkgconfig between owt.m4(libre) and dldt-ie.m4 #675 conflict /usr/lib/pkgconfig between owt.m4(libre) and dldt-ie.m4
- Fix issue - missed dldt-ie, cmake dependency
- Fix rtmp issue in CentOS 7
