The idea is to make it optional for the user to have to go in the back office of Decidim to send his initiative to technical validation.

This is why we propose to use the last step of the initiative creation wizard to do so :

• Add 2 buttons to the 5th step of the initiative creation wizard
  • One to send to technical validation to send directly from this screen. Once clicked an alert message pop-ups that modification are not possible if confirm the action. Once confirmed we can redirect the user to the initiative index and display a green notification message that says the initiative was sent to technical validation
  • Another one to keep editing the initiative that send the user to the back office to keep editing
