Describe the bug
When adding a link to my comment of a proposal, once I published, the link has changed and isn't the one i wrote.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Steamroll
2. Comment a proposal and insert the link to a result which has the same id number as a proposition from another process
3. See error

Expected behavior
The link inside the comment should redirect to the correct page. For instance the result and not the proposal
