Describe the bug
Stopped vehicles disappear when changing view rotation. If started they immediately appear.
Happens to all vehicle types (trains/buses/trucks/ships/planes/trams) as long as they're stopped.
The rotation the vehicle is visible is the view rotation set when the vehicle stopped.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Place a vehicle on a track/road but don't start it
2. Change view rotation (direction doesn't matter)
3. See error: Vehicle disappears for the other 3 rotations
4. Starting it makes it appear again.

Expected behaviour
The vehicles do not disappear.
