Describe the bug
The vehicle window UI for vehicle details has only 2 rows of space available in the footer area where vehicle specs are shown instead of 3 rows like it has for trains/ road vehicles / trams. This causes the "Length" label to be shown below (and outside) the window. This also causes drawing artifacts as the area where the label is shown is not invalidated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Purchase a ship or a plane
2. Go to the Vehicle Details tab on the ship/plane window
3. See error

Expected behaviour
The window should have enough space allocated for all the information presented.
