Describe the bug
When a station is removed, the station is not removed from a vehicles route list. Instead, a string error appears in its place, and eventually the station name is replaced with a random place name.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a track with two stations.
2. Place a train on the track and set the two stations as its stopping points.
3. Remove one of the stations.
4. See string error in the route list.
5. Wait a while and the location will change to a random other location.

Expected behaviour
In vanilla and previous versions of OpenLoco, the location will simply disappear.
