Company name is changed from "New Company" when changing the owner name fails instead of succeeds. #3545
Description
To Reproduce
- Start or load a game with competitor companies without changing your company nor owner name from "New Company" and "Unnamed" respectively.
- Attempt to change your owner name.
- Changing your owner name to a name that is not in use should change your company to "(owner name) Transport", but it does not.
- Attempting to change your owner name to the name of another company's owner fails as that name is already in use. This should not change the name of your company, but it does.
Expected behaviour
As described, to match vanilla behaviour.
