Describe the bug
If you try to change a keyboard shortcut to ctrl+w, it will display as "CTRL + " and the shortcut will not work.

If you try to change a keyboard shortcut to shift+2, it will display as "SHIFT + @" and the shortcut will not work.

ctrl + Spacebar, Return, Backspace, and Delete are not affected, but all letters, numbers, function keys, arrow keys, navigation keys, and the tab key has this bug.

Shift + letters still works.

This issue was not present in 25.08.

If you have previously set such a keyboard shortcut in a previous version of the game, the keyboard shortcut will still work as expected (you just can't set it again if you change/reset it).
