Describe the bug
In the Landscape Generation window, Land tab, the scroll for the different land types with the dropdowns that specify how much / where it's placed.
If there are more than 5 land types selected, you are unable to scroll down to show the other land types and their options.
The scrollbar doesn't work, mouse scroll doesn't work, scroll buttons don't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Open Scenario Editor
2. Enable Advanced or Expert options and go to Land tab
3. Select more than 5 land objects
4. Click Forward to Next Step: Landscape Editor
5. Go to Land tab
6. Attempt to scroll down on the list of land types

Expected behaviour
The scrollbar should work to show all land types so their settings can be changed.
