Describe the bug
When I hold the right mouse button, the cursor goes invisible as expected, but then dragging it around does nothing.

Additional context
Arrow keys and 'scroll view when pointer at screen edge' still work as expected.
Right mouse dragging on scrollview widgets still work as expected.
Issue does not occur after downgrading to previous version (25.05).
