Summary

• rename user-facing VibeLab branding to Dr. Claw across the app shell, docs, templates, News dashboard, and skill instructions
• rename the npm package, primary CLI command, default workspace root, and GitHub repository references to Dr. Claw while keeping a legacy vibelab CLI alias during transition
• add compatibility and migration paths for legacy auth data, local UI preferences, existing ~/vibelab projects, and former users upgrading from the old repo/package name
• migrate internal identifiers toward dr-claw where safe, while continuing to accept legacy vibelab taxonomy/source values on read
• fold the long README usage sections by topic and promote the mobile, architecture, security, and contributing sections into collapsible header-based sections
• refresh the public branding assets by adding public/dr-claw.png, regenerating favicon/PWA icons from it, bumping the service-worker cache key, and switching the in-app sidebar/header logo to the new public/icons/file.svg asset

User Impact

• former VibeLab users can update their git remote to OpenLAIR/dr-claw, reinstall the global CLI as dr-claw, and keep using existing projects with automatic migration where possible
• existing local projects under ~/vibelab are migrated or still discovered automatically during transition
• release/version-check links now point to the renamed OpenLAIR/dr-claw repository
• the README is shorter to scan because long operational sections are collapsed by default
• the app shell now uses the new Dr. Claw logo in the sidebar/header, and refreshed favicon/PWA assets are picked up after the service-worker cache refresh
