Summary

• add a session context sidebar that summarizes injected files, task context, and reviewable outputs from the full session trace
• persist output review state in session metadata and expose backend APIs for loading and updating that state
• localize and polish the new sidebar UI, including resize/collapse behavior, compact review rows, and direct file opening
