Although VibeLab has been configured, it is unable to customize the folders of the new workspace, and it seems that it cannot correctly read the Skill files in the local installation folder.

When I try to set up my research pipeline using the inno-pipeline-planner skill, vibelab can't read the skill.md, but write a new one insdead. I think it supposed to find skill in install folder.
