Describe the bug
The weekly funding adjustment screen doesn't work correctly. Either nothing changes or the funding changes but behaves as if it didn't.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Finish a week with good score
2. Get the Weekly Funding Assessment screen
3. Funding Adjustment = 0, Income shows the next week's income, not real income

Expected behavior
Funding change should reflect player's score and success in fighting aliens. Current income should be pre-adjustment. Next week's income should be post-adjustment. Adjustment should be the difference, positive or negative.

You can see the funding changed by 25k but adjustment is still 0. Income shows 125k but is actually 100k.

Additional context
Starting income on Superhuman says 80k, so after 1 week, the 100k means 25% increase or +20k adjustment, after 2 weeks, it's 125k, another 25% increase or +25k adjustment.

I've checked and starting week 3, I received 100k in funding, despite the screen showing Income as 125k, so the only valid part is probably Next week's income.

I believe in my first run, the first week I got an adjustment but then there was no funding increase for the next 3 weeks. In this run, I seem to be getting 25% increases (probably capped) but the Funding adjustment is not calculated and Income is incorrect.
