I added CMake compile option to fail on all warnings. Let's see how the CI reacts.

EDIT: I realized that I was still using an older version of openapi-generator when writing this warning fix that I already did here: f40433d

Although having the following in the test project:

add_compile_options(-Wall -Werror)

PR checklist

• File the PR against the correct branch: master (6.3.0) (minor release - breaking changes with fallbacks), 7.0.x (breaking changes without fallbacks)
• If your PR is targeting a particular programming language, @mention the technical committee members, so they are more likely to review the pull request.
