Remove misspelling (OPENAPI_GENERATOR_DOWLOAD_CACHE_DIR) from bin/utils/openapi-generator-cli.sh once #4356 is merged and the change has been integrated into the 5.0 branch.

This should give users enough time to migrate to the correctly spelled variable.
