ICO files allow to hold containers of multiple images. That is widely used as website favicons, application icons etc.
Currently we have only a specific case for website favicons. We need to expand this functionality and add multi-size icons with three possibilities:

• Favicon preset — current behavior;
• Application icon preset — a multi-sized icon suitable for namely windows apps and installers;
• Custom — Allow the user to add custom icon sizes.
