Feature description

Non-python replacement for gdalcompare similar to the other "gdal raster ..." commands. Consider implementing this as a special case of a new "gdal raster calc --stats" (and/or "--min-max") mode equivalent to generating a new raster with "gdal raster calc" and running "gdal raster info --stats" on it.
