It has been found that the introduction of the new members ETRS89-XXX since EPSG 12.033 could cause issues at least for Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Romania, Catalonia and Serbia (not guaranteed to be an exhaustive list) when transforming between ETRS89 / EPSG:4258, or projected CRS based on it, and other datums. Fixing or workaround this might non immediatedly available changes ( OSGeo#4736 is a partial fix, but requires additional changes on EPSG side).
