Updated eslint to latest version to fix the depandabot alert
Few of them were already fixed in this PR. Raising a separate PR as it was already reviewed.
Addressed the eslint breaking changes from versions 8 to 9 by using configuration migrator
Note : I have created a PR for this already but there were yarn build issues due to
LRU_Cache. Created a fresh PR and installed right dependencies when I used the configuration migratorHow to review this PR
