When evaluating HHT Method the external force was not evaluated on the previous time step.

To do this, evaluation on previous time step was needed:

[ FextGt ] = computeFext( modelProperties, BCsData, nextTime - modelProperties.analysisSettings.deltaT , length(Fint), [] ) ;
