Expected behavior

When sharing a read only ATLAS cohort that uses date adjustment the reviewer should be able to see the date adjustment criteria in the index criteria

Actual behavior

When sharing a read only ATLAS cohort that uses date adjustment the reviewer CANNOT see the date adjustment criteria in the index criteria but can read it in the export tab

For example here is what a reviewer sees on the index criteria
