Expected behavior

The filter options in the CC Result view should show all the options defined in the design.

Actual behavior

The options are built from the values in the result. If the result has been trimmed (via the prevalence % default), the options aren't found.

Steps to reproduce behavior

This is a very specific case, but you need to create a cc result that would have results filtered out by default 1% prevalence filter, but then would actually show the results if you reset it to 0%. The general problem is the filter options should be based on the design, not on the result.
