• Coordinate with PMs on Design Spec for Phase 1 (Daniel will work on this)
• Address Open Questions with Daniel and Jon
• Get Sign off from Client team and Dotnet PM

Technical Spec (this work item):

• Create an engineering spec for Phase 1 of the feature, have it reviewed and vetted by the team (Spec review meeting/async review)
