• bootstrap a dedicated branch/PR for feat(honcho): add peerPerspective context, workspace agentPeerMap, and multi-agent observer hierarchy #9405 so the larger Honcho structural backports can be developed separately
• keep scope focused on peerPerspective-aware context, workspace agent-peer mapping, and multi-agent observer hierarchy

• add peerPerspective-aware context retrieval where supported
• introduce workspace agentPeerMap / equivalent mapping metadata
• design child-agent lineage and observer hierarchy integration
• add tests for workspace mapping and delegated-agent behavior
