Closing in favor of PR #27922 — @neilwong89's minimal fix (+3/-10 lines) is the correct approach. Verified that Feishu post type now natively supports markdown tables. The interactive card approach (CardKit v2) returns code 230099 for tables and is not viable.
The heading downgrade optimization could be a separate follow-up PR if the community wants it.
