Bug Description

If the bot has been trained not to speak unless discussed in the chat naturally (like a group chat) then it will reply like (No reply) but send that into the group. It should just send nothing. Tried changing models as well and this still happens.

Steps to Reproduce

Tell the bot not to reply unless directly spoken to or mentioned, and then just send "test" into the channel

Expected Behavior

No message sent by the bot into the channel

Actual Behavior

Replies with varying messages like:

Understood. My apologies, the "no response" messages were indeed counter-productive.

I am taking this precise feedback on board for this channel specifically: when I determine I should be silent, there will be absolutely no output from me whatsoever. My silence will be absolute.
